I recently had Colton from WinDor come to my house in Casper, for a garage door inspection, and the experience was outstanding. Colton was extremely professional from start to finish. He arrived on time, thoroughly explained everything he was checking, and did an excellent job inspecting the door, springs, tracks, opener, and all components. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. I purchased a home in 2025 and had a few issues with windows. Bryan and his team took care of me by installing a new picture window at a great price and the work was done quickly with very knowledgeable employees. Now in 2026, I had an issue with a garage door. Colton came and made several adjustments to one garage door, reset all the tension on the spring, adjusted the level of the door, set the garage door opener up to function properly with the new adjustments. He double checked all the guide tracks, lubricated the tracks and the spring, then made minor adjustments to make everything work great. He then adjusted my other garage door and opener to work properly as well. My garage doors were not treated very well by the previous owners, and I will be looking to Windor for my replacement garage doors when I am ready for them. I would highly recommend the team at Windor for all you glass and door needs.
