Excellent customer service. The HDMI port broke on my Playstation 5. WSA fixed the port in 2 days. WSA did a excellent job on my Playstation 5. It is working great now. I highly recommend using WSA for all your electronic device repairs. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The cost of there services are excellent. I would like to thank them for allowing me to continue playing my favorite game zombies on Call Of Duty. You can try the rest but WSA is the best.
Absolutely AMAZING service! Completely honest about options and prices, SO helpful when transferring data to a new phone. Kimberly even stayed late to help us wich was over the top service I wasnt expecting. Will deffidently be coming here for all our future tech fixing/replacing needs!
WSA did an amazing job replacing our iPhone battery in about an hour at a price far below their competitors. And they provide great customer service as well. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else as well.
Excellent service! My daughter’s iPad was repaired quickly and at the exact price quoted. When I brought in another iPad with a sticky button, they even offered a free workaround. Knowledgeable, honest, and highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing work! The back glass on my phone was so bad and WSA replaced it and it didn’t take as long as they thought! If I have any other phone or iPad issue, I will definitely come back, since there’s not a place near my hometown in Nebraska to get stuff fixed!! Thank you so much WSA!!
