AAA Oklahoma Norman Tire & Auto Insurance Travel Center

Yesterday (Dec., 22, 2025} my cousin and I went into our nearby AAA {Main St. in Norman, OK} to renew our yearly Membership. In all the Years I've been with AAA...from Huntington Beach, CA to Dallas, TX this office in Norman is by far the BEST! The office was clean, nice & tidy! But it was the FANTASTIC Staff there that impressed us the most! This AAA office is so fortunate to have Two Top Drawer employees, who were: JUSTIN & LORIE! They Both were so very friendly & so very helpful! Both Justin & Lorie answered all our questions in a very timely manner! I wish more businesses would have OUTSTANDING employees like JUSTIN & LORIE from AAA!

I was incredibly satisfied with the service at this place. The lady who was there, I believe it was Jessica Mckenzie, was very helpful. Not only did she provide excellent service to take care of the tire problem in my SUV, but she also provided good information. She and her team were efficient and took care of the tire issue. The store itself was a pleasant surprise as I did not know of its existence. I found that they have good travel goods like luggage and many gadgets useful for travel. A great gem of a place in Norman.
