Dustin, the owner, was outstanding. After a frustrating experience at another shop, I brought my Kia in with a check engine light and severe shaking, and he diagnosed the issue the same day. He took the time to clearly explain exactly what was going on, answered all my questions, and laid out my options in a way that was easy to understand and without pressure. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I never once felt left in the dark. The shop is professional, transparent, and does genuinely honest work, the kind of place you hope to find but rarely do. Dustin clearly takes pride in what he does, and it shows. I can’t recommend this shop highly enough. This will absolutely be my go to shop moving forward.
