Hired another company with subpar work. WoodWR came to the rescue and fixed my window trim. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend!!

One star is an exaggeration, and the only reason it's there is because the job got done. I requested an estimate for a 2 bedroom condo with a sliding patio door. Rep came out and gave me a quote for 2 windows and a patio door, he went through both rooms and took measurements for both windows and the patio door. Gave me the quote which I thought was a little high for window replacement, but whatever it needed to be done. Day of install comes and he replaces one bedroom and one patio door, I called for clarity and he says "yes the quote is for 2 windows, each window has 2 pieces of glass" I complained this is not what we spoke of and his response "sorry for the confusion" . I highly recommend staying away from this company and if you do decide to do business with them triple check their invoices. It's scam in my opinion, and even though it won't matter losing my business, I will make sure to spread the word about this horrible service and b.s. estimate process they have.

Exceptional service! I called for an estimate on two windows that wouldn’t open properly. Instead of providing a quote, he fixed them on the spot since they were "minor" issues—completely free of charge! Who does that these days? Highly recommend!

I had a great experience using this company. Erik, did a great job communicating with me before and during the repair. His Uncle who is the craftsman did a phenomenal job on the repair to our Pella window where the sash had rotted out. I highly recommend this company.
