The staff is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Their prices are right in line with the big box stores. They were extremely cooperative and flexible with delivery. So convenient and easy to get to especially when you live in the city. It’s wonderful that this business has chosen to remain here. Great Experience.
I've been working with this company for over 14 years. We've purchased an on demand water heater back in 2010 and it had a manufacturing defect and the staff worked tirelessly to get it replaced at no cost under warranty. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable.
We had the misfortune to build during Covid. We are reasonable people, understanding that there are supply chain issues, however, we have yet to receive items that we ordered January 2021 to complete our house! Every time we call for any information on the status…radio silence. We just want answers. Not a phone call or email is ever returned. I do not recommend working with this company or any of their sales people. We’ve given up on waiting for any answers at this point, but still patiently waiting for the remaining items.
