I could not be happier with the service I recently received from Capital District Supply. After being contacted, as a result of making a web site wish list, I was able to conclude my business within a few days. My salesman, Kenny, was an outstanding representative for the business. Friendly, professional, polite and most importantly helpful. I have lived around the corner from this business for years but always opted for the big box stores. Highly recommend! Great customer service from picking out all the products for my new bathroom right up until delivery. All the staff is absolutely excellent! If I could give an extra star I would :)

Excellent experience visiting this shop. I had been to a few other box stores in the area looking for a very specifically sized part for my tub drain which they couldn't provide any help with. When I showed the gentleman behind the counter here the piece I needed to replace he literally reached under the counter and pulled one out. They were very friendly and I felt no shame for my lack of plumbing knowledge. They answered all my questions very patiently. Ill be back for any future plumbing endeavors.
