Highly Recommended – Affordable, Flexible, and Professional I contacted many electrical companies before choosing Caruso Electric, and most of them quoted very expensive prices. Caruso Electric gave me a very cheap and reasonable price compared to others, which immediately stood out. What I really appreciated is their flexibility — they completed the work on the exact date I chose, which was very important for me. Before starting the job, the manager personally came to the site, inspected the area, explained everything clearly, and provided a fair and transparent estimate. I even used my own lights, and he deducted that cost from the bill, which shows honesty and customer care. They sent Mike and Collin, who did an excellent job installing 6-inch recessed spotlights and a ceiling fan. Their work was clean, professional, and done with great attention to detail. Everything looks perfect and works flawlessly. Overall, great pricing, professional service, honest management, and skilled electricians. I highly recommend Caruso Electric, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a very great experience with Caruso. After l got a quote from a different company for 4k, I found them on Google Maps and gave them a call, John came out same day (free estimate!), did a walk around with me, wrote down everything l wanted done and gave me a quote within 24 business hours that was 1/3 cheaper than the other company. We went with them. (Another) John came over to do the job the very next day! He did a perfect job that l don’t think it could have been done in any better way. Everything came out neat and was done professionally. John was thorough at every spot and made sure to do exactly what we wanted. He was very informative and friendly. Every step with them was hassle-free. every person l got engaged was professional and efficient. Price is very reasonable. No hidden cost. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED

(Please read, I never write reviews) Amazing experience with Caruso Electric! If you need an electrical contractor call Angelo and his team first. Customer service is their #1 priority and it shows. I had a major electrical issue at my house and requested a service panel replacement/upgrade. After talking to Angelo I texted him pictures of my current electrical service panel. Angelo emailed a quote for expansion and replacement of my panel. The next morning Tony arrived to fully replaced my old "GE" 20 breaker panel with a "Square D" 40 breaker panel. Tony was great from start to finish very knowledgeable and takes time to explain/answer questions. Angelo and I had been texting through the process and he responds promptly. They truly care about their customers!! While Tony was onsite we reviewed a few other electrical concerns and have already scheduled a return visit to address those concerns. Below is the background on the need for replacement. The Background: I lost my 200amp breaker on the 4th of July in my electrical service panel due to corrosion (old panel), I ran my house off a generator for the day and searched Google for electrical contractors, on the 5th of July after many failed attempts to contact a electrical contractor I came across Caruso electric, Angelo picked up the phone. I told him I was without power and was requesting a full service panel replacement due to age and corrosion in the panel. He requested a few pictures, emailed a quote and scheduled Tony first thing the next day. I am completely satisfied with the product and service I received from Caruso Electric, I don't believe anyone else would have gotten to me sooner under these circumstances. I can't comment on pricing comparison, but for what I paid to have this work done, I believe I got the best deal, Angelo and his team care about their customers and I'm sure pricing for services are comparable or better than the rest. Thank you Angelo and Tony, you guys are the best!
