My parents ran a small electrical business for 37 years so I know what customer service really means. I knew I was in good hands when Mark came to my home promptly at 7:40 and was carrying "inside shoes" so as to not track snow from his boots into the house, something my Dad always did. After he had left, I laughed out loud upon noticing that on every outlet he replaced, the screws were perfectly aligned north/south, something my Dad also did evidencing an attention to detail you rarely see anymore. My Dad would approve!!!

My overall experience with NBS Electrical was very positive. I called Mark and within a day he scheduled an appointment to meet with my wife and me to go over what we wanted done. Within two days he emailed me a quote which was very reasonable. Soon after that he scheduled when the work was to be done. He showed up promptly and did a great job completing the work professionally and was courteous throughout the job. Completing paperwork and payment was done easily and accurately through Carm his office manager. I would recommend Mark and his company in heartbeat. I feel a lot better now knowing that I can call NBS if I have any further electrical needs. Mike Serge
