Fantastic Service from Houghtaling Electrical! I recently had the experience of working with Houghtaling Electrical for a significant upgrade at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, they were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The owner, Al, took the time to really listen to my concerns and understand what I was hoping to achieve. He patiently explained the different possibilities and helped me choose the perfect solution for my needs and budget. His expertise was evident, and I felt confident in his recommendations. Marty & Dominic (the crew who came to install the new circuit panel) were equally impressive. They were polite, efficient, skilled, and clearly took pride in their work. What I especially appreciated was their willingness to explain everything they were doing. They showed me the new panel, walked me through the connections, and answered all my questions thoroughly. This level of communication was fantastic and made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. In addition to the excellent workmanship, the crew was also incredibly respectful of my home. They took great care to protect my belongings and, as importantly, thoroughly cleaned the work area when they finished. I will definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs.
