My experience with Window World Green Bay was outstanding from start to finish. They offered some of the best prices I found, and the quality of the windows and service exceeded my expectations. Rick came out to my home and took the time to walk through the entire house with me, explaining what I had and helping prioritize which windows needed replacement first. His knowledge and honesty made the process very easy. I also want to give a big shoutout to the installers, David and June. They were extremely professional, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Now that the windows are installed, the house looks great and I feel confident this upgrade will last for many years. I highly recommend Window World Green Bay to anyone looking for quality windows and great service!

Window World of Green Bay replaced three windows in our home in November 2025. They did great work. From start to finish they were friendly and professional. Scotty took the time to explain the why behind all his recommendations. And Scott and his team completed a fabulous install. We were beyond impressed with everyone we worked with. And, one of the windows panes cracked in the severe cold snap that happened immediately after install and one call and one picture sent and they ordered us a warranty replacement right away. Ican't tell you how pleased we are with this purchase. We highly recommend Window World of Green Bay!!

An amazing experience. The installers, Mike & Victor, were amazing. They arrived on time and did excellent work. Keeping me informed with unexpected bumps along the way, I was able to use their expertise to make informed decisions.
