I sent a request for proposal to Northern Electric on March 1, 2024 for solar power system to be installed around the middle of September (a 6 month lead time). Brandon (estimator or project manager?) contacted me a couple of days later, but after sending him several emails he simply would not respond; not even once; neither by phone nor email. Finally, after two months, I reached out to Brian (service director). A week later he informed me that they were too busy to do my project. What a disappointment and a complete waste of time. I suppose I should feel lucky. I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be have been working with Northern Electric.
