Friendly and professional service from scheduling through house call! I spoke with staff directly (appreciated the personal touch) when calling and received an email confirmation (effective use of technology) of the service day and time. Thomas (an owner) completed the service quickly and provided friendly and professional service. While I hope it’s awhile to have to have our garage door serviced again, I’ll call these guys first when it happens.
My wife and I highly recommend Alpine garage doors. Whether you need a repair or a new installation, Thomas and Chad showed they can be trusted to do the job right, in a timely manner, and with very competitive pricing. For our most recent project, they worked hard, communicated well, and were polite and respectful. We felt comfortable letting them into our home. And most importantly, the new doors look and work fantastic!
Alpine gave me valuable instructions to allow me to install my garage door tension spring. I purchased my spring from Alpine but I had never installed one before. With their info I was able to safely and correctly install mine quickly and was completely successful. I would definitely use them for future work if necessary. They were not only helpful but very professional!
