Just had engineered hardwood floor installation done in our condo's bedroom. The building has strict hours for construction noise and Will's worked within those limits no problem. Oleg personally checked the moisture levels in our concrete subfloor before starting, other contractors just wanted to slap it down. The color matches our existing floors perfectly. They even fixed a transition strip another company messed up.
They installed vinyl plank flooring throughout our first floor last month. We live in Everett and had three other quotes, theirs was middle of the road price-wise but Andrew actually showed up on time for the estimate, which the others didn't. The install crew worked fast, didn't track mud everywhere, and the transitions between rooms look clean. My only thing was they ran out of transition strips and had to come back the next day, but they did come back when they said they would. Overall happy with it.
Just wrapped up our engineered hardwood floor installation with Oleg and his crew at Will's. We're up in Bothell and were hesitant about the drive, but these guys covered our area no problem. The planks they recommended look incredible, way better than I expected for the price point. Christina in the showroom was patient when my wife and I couldn't decide between samples. They finished the whole main floor in three days, cleaned up each evening before leaving. Really solid work.
