I’m late to post this review, but I am a very happy AEG customer. I brought my dad’s 1970s Marantz 2230 receiver to AEG over the summer, since it had developed some popping, static, and an unreliable right channel output. The receiver has a lot of sentimental value to me in addition to simply sounding great, so wanted to restore it to like-new condition. When I carried it in, they seemed excited to work on my Marantz and spoke at length how great the model is and how I brought it to the right place. My pioneer tuner was toasted! After a restoration everything works, lights replaced, all my favorite records are played once again. Alpha Electronics was incredibly accommodating in helping us fix our furnace’s circuit board this winter. While I was out of town, they were especially kind and reassuring to my fiancée, and he single-handedly saved us from spending thousands of dollars.
