Scheduling : it was so easy to set up one with them and give them details either on website or on phone Appointment: the person who came to clean was courteous and made me understand about the plan and the quote before hand. Work: it was nicely done and I have no complaints about it. Got the pictures once they finished it. Overall it was great service and would recommend it to anyone nearby in the area.
