Wiersgalla Plumbing & Heating Company

Plumber came out to reset my toilet, but i had a one piece toilet so it was too big for him to handle alone. He would have to come back with a partner or i could get a normal 2 piece toilet. I bought a new two piece unit. I had called 4-6 plumbers and couldn't remember which one i had come out. Tried calling the numbers from my past calls but no luck. Finally had someone else come. This company calls me back today -6 weeks later to see if i need them to come back and finish the job? Fine i will owe the trip charge which is around $50 right (i agree no one works for free)... No i owe the trip charge, plus his time of 45 minutes. He was in my home less than 5 minutes, but i owe him for the travel time also. Seems like a predatory company to me. They charged me about the same as the company who actually did the work!

Charged 223$ for a 40 part that I troubleshot and told them what was wrong. Final bill was $493 which i completely understand the emergency $245. They didn't check anything. They didnt troubleshoot anything. They blindly trusted me and changed what I thought was wrong. They changed it out in 10 minsI. understand the emergency fee but $1000 an hour for parts and labor is ridiculous. I didnt pay for experience. Because I troubleshot it. I literally paid this company to remove 2 bolts on blind trust. Checking other reviews for the price I paid i could've gotten alot more work done.

My furnace was running up to 97 on its own burners were dirty. Took apart, cleaned, also cleaned all of my pipe ducts. Have used this company in the past for hybrid water heater installed, cold water pressure tank, in line water filter installed. Also coordinated my well pump reworked and pulled. They definitely are capable of any repair and installation. I have reccomended them to my son when he had problems with well pump and water pressure problems. Thank you, mark j kouba

John was the service technician for our duct cleaning and he was fantastic—very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. And his upbeat personality made the entire experience a positive one from start to finish!
