Wheeler Alignment & Brake Services

Called around 11AM to try and get an alignment scheduled and was able to get a 3:30PM appointment! I drive a lowered car with coilovers and slider ball-joints. I had already spent 3.5hrs at another shop that morning just for them to tell me they wouldn't be able to do the alignment because "they couldn't fit their tools in to align it". Wheeler was able to get me aligned and with a printout. They were super professional and did in an hour what another "big-chain" shop couldn't do in 3.5. Thank you!

Dropped my truck off Wednesday last week. Today is Thursday and still haven't received an estimate or quote for work that needs to be done. It's always something different when I call up there. Would not recommend. They claim to be super busy but you have to drop off by schedule. Why get overwhelmed to the point when you can't answer customers that have been waiting for days. Here it is a week later and still no estimate. Will be getting my truck and taking it somewhere else.
