He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he observed, along with things we could do to help our system run more efficiently. Jose was very personable and helpful during the initial HVAC inspection. Answered all my questions and was very professional. He was always checking to see what he could do better and we appreciated that. Brent did a great job presenting options to replace our HVAC system. He was very friendly and personable. Parker and Pedro did the install work for the new HVAC and AC unit. They were very thorough, efficient, and quick. They even did a small fix on the water heater for free! After the install was done, Parker took the time to walk us through all the changes, how to change filters, and how to use the new thermostat.

Excellent service from beginning to end! Brent Sheneman was professional, helpful, and took the time to discuss all the available options with us. He patiently went over everything multiple times to make sure we fully understood, which I truly appreciated. The installation technician, Shawn Ballard, and his team were outstanding. Never booked anything with Western before but I had a toilet repair that needed fixing and decided to give them a try. I scheduled online on a Sunday for a Wednesday. They called to confirm the appointment Monday morning. They had an opening for later in the day Monday and Seth came out. He quickly assessed the issue (an error my husband made when redoing our bathroom) and got to work right away. After a few hours, it was fixed! Great experience and cannot recommend them enough!
