Service was great, the guy came within 30 minutes and had my heater up and running within 20 minutes. I had an issue with pricing but the owner contacted me and took the time to hear me out as well as explain how their pricing works and the issue was resolved immediately. If I ever have another hvac issue I know I can trust Authority Heating and Cooling to do the job with honest and fair pricing! 🙏
Brandon P. Did an amazing job cleaning my furnace and taking the extra time to make sure everything was done correctly! My furnace was in really bad shape and now is so much cleaner and working better. The combustion analysis helped me know that the furnace was derated properly. So adjusting the gas pressure and setting everything properly! Thanks again Brandon!

Totally positive experience. Then chief tech Bobby came by today offering helpful insights, CO test, thermostat software tips. First class operation, including attractive promotional pricing.
I am very pleased with the entire experience with Authority Heating and Cooling. I was referred by a neighbor, and called and talked with Anthon on a Saturday when our home would not cool down. He sent out a technician (AJ) who showed up a few hours later to assess. On Monday, Austin came by and provided us with options to repair or replace our 12-year-old AC and furnace units. We opted to replace both. Austin was great to work with and gave us a great price. The install crew showed up and were very courteous and hardworking. They spent the entire day with us and ensured that they completed all the work by the end of the day, also showing us how to operate the new thermostat. Great job by Francisco, Aaron, and Gabriel, who showed up to help us reach the finish line by 5 pm-ish. Great experience start to finish, and we love our new Goodman/Daiken system. I look forward to the rebates, lower utility bills, and no more worries and expense for heating and cooling for the next 10+ years.
What an awesome company and their service tech, Richie, absolutely scored a 10. He was on time, wore show covers on my new carpet, was very knowledgeable, kept me informed during service and because I’m on their preferred customer plan there was no charge for today’s service. Since my furnace is 15 years old and had never been serviced, it was almost a two hour service call and there was no Charge for the service because no parts were needed. Richie’s the type of employee we’d hire on the spot at Window World Utah. So kudos to Richie. Kathy
