These folks are great. My utilities seem to know when holidays and weekends hit and decide to take time off. Edger always gets back to me in a timely manner and ensures I am taken care of as soon as possible. Very reliable, friendly and fair pricing. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Brian was respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. He cleaned up afterwards as well. I will call Eagar in the future. Thank you Eagar and Brian!!

Our unit is quite old so I'm apprehensive about most techs, realizing they could easily find a reason to suggest a full replacement. Terrance Jackson came over today and did a tune-up. He was very helpful to give me specific feedback about each part, including photos, explaining why the unit was fun running great and did not need any replacements. I am so grateful I did this and intend to stick with Eagar because they were so respectful and not chasing my wallet. Peace of mind about the life still remaining in my unit despite its age.Thank you Mr. Terrance, I hope you can help us next time too.
