Please go somewhere else! On May 15, WV Heating-Cooling came to my house to see why my furnace wouldn't come on. It needed a repair. On May 20, I received an estimate which I approved, signed, and returned on May 21. Then nothing. On May 25, I emailed to see if the had received the signed estimate. They had. On June 10, I emailed stating I had heard from no one about scheduling the repair. No response. On June 16, I called to follow up. Don’t waist your time. I approved a system replacement quote and was told they would contact me to schedule. 4 weeks and multiple phone calls later, they are ignoring me. Now I am stuck looking for another company. I will now have to wait several more weeks to get on the schedule for another company. They will be disrespectful of your time and you should use another company.

Service Technician, Brian, came to do a maintenance check on my heating and cooling unit today and found that the capacitor was hanging on by a thread. The wires were corroded and had melted. His visit and repair literally saved my HVAC unit and possibly my home from catching on fire. He went out of his way to clean my inside filter for me as well. He is very kind and professional. I absolutely recommend this business.

About a dozen calls in and still no call back. Every time we are told someone will contact you before the end of the day. 9-19-23 got a response to my review on their website, but still no phone call back from anyone even a request for the owner to call me and same thing still no call back. As of right now there will never be any future business from our family and not sure the businesses we deal with will want to continue their business either.

I needed an igniter switch replaced for my furnace on a super cold winter day earlier this year so I called WV Heating and Cooling. I got a return call back about 30 minutes later and they showed up when they said, they swiftly and promptly got me a new igniter switch and had my heat back up and running. I’ll recommend these guys to anyone
