I’ve used for many jobs on a few homes over last couple years. They always have to come twice and they are pretty expensive. This last time they called me for a job at 8:30 and asked if they could come I said yeah and they arrived at 8:45 and at 9:15 they said they were done. I was billed 1.5 hrs for a local job that they literally were working at for 30 min. Seems to be common theme but what they do is in high demand I just wanted people to be prepared for the expense.

My neighbor just had her son pass away, called these guys to put in a hot water tank for her. They came to the house, left to go get the tank, and lunch, they told her this. This was right after they got to her house. They were gone near three hours, and spent most of their day standing in her driveway talking. They were asked to put a pan under the tank, which they didn’t do, so they had to be asked again. So, one guy leaves to go get it, the other one stays at our elderly neighbor’s house, in her garage and house. I had to send my husband to see what he was doing. Our neighbor gets a bill from Modley’s for $1,800!!! Saying she owed them for 8 hours of labor!! Those guys did not do eight hours of labor. The tank she has is $650 at Lowes. It’s pretty sad that an elderly widow, that just lost her son, or anyone for that matter is done this way.
