Sent in 1/2 and 3/8 torque wrench to get recalibrated, waited 3 weeks got them back and the 3/8 torqued wrench as soon as I turned it on said recalibrate. It’s like they didn’t verify the repair at all. I’m a diesel tech and need torque wrench’s for everyday use. Will have to wait a few more weeks again to get it calibrated. Do better.
Absolutely outstanding! The representatives were very understanding, knowledgeable and respectful each time I called. They communicated with me until the problem was solved. I would definitely do business with Angle Repair & Calibration again and will highly recommend them to others.
Could not recommend more highly. I mailed them a torque wrench in need of repair and calibration on a Friday, and had the fully repaired wrench back in my hands the following Wednesday. Repair was excellent and price reasonable.
first of all they begin by accusing me of using my torque wrench as a breaker bar. then they figure it out they had my wrench mixed up with another wrench. they said itll be 2-3 weeks until they ship it out. they have had my torque wrench for 2 and a half months now and it is nowhere to be seen. i do not reccomend this company due to the disrespect i recieved, the lack of communication and the very slow turnover. i hope to recieve my torque wrench sometime soon but we will see what happens.
Great service, mailed in my old Central torque wrench, they called with a quote a few days later. A few days later received the wrench. Repaired and calibrated. Great work Angle Repair & Calibration!!
