West Hartford Lock

I stopped by today to get pricing on some new smart locks for my home and not only did the new guy “Richard” help me find the best price for my budget, he also helped me with putting on my spare tire since my tire literally just popped as I was about to make the turn to get to the shop and I didn’t have my lug nut wrench with me. He went above and beyond!! He needs to be praised for this!! I got a much better price than anywhere else in the area!!! He was also very patient with me and offered several options. Thanks again Richard!!!!

I moved into a 1916 home in West Hartford and 3/4 of the doors in the home either did not line up to close correctly, were missing door hardware (latches, knobs), or had dysfunctional locks. West Hartford Lock spent about 4 hours in my home going from door to door doing everything from checking screws to removing and adjusting latches in the door frame to installing some new modern remote locks I had purchased. They were friendly and knowledgeable of the hardware, especially impressive considering it’s age. They left my home briefly to go to the hardware store to pick up some brass screws to try and maintain the original hardware’s character. There were a few original brass latches that they did not have so they plan on returning to complete those💿They even fixed some of the original locks to work with original keys the previous owners left us - relics! I recommend these guys for anything lock and key related!
