I had Chris S. Doing my extermination job today. He was polite, honest and extremely knowledgeable regarding my issues. He explained the process in detail and answered any additional questions I had. I would recommend him to service anyone’s home. If I have any further issues I would like to request for Chris to return as my technician. Update 12/4/2025 Chris S. Returned to check on things and again did a fabulous job. He showed us and explained to us exactly what he needed to do and what we could expect in the days and weeks ahead. I feel we got top notch customer service. I would highly recommend Seaport and please ask for Chris S to do the... I had Chris S. Doing my extermination job today. Our technician was Chris S. And he was awesome. Explained our options and made some great suggestions for reducing rodent traffic in our home. He came by to check in after he performed his work and walked us through everything he had done and discussed next steps. Excellent customer service!
