Joe was absolutely terrific in solving our squirrel problem. He is wonderfully knowledgeable professional and caring. He kept in touch and followed up . He spent many hours making sure he understood where the squirrel could lodge. Joe is going to help make a plan in the spring to seal the house so mice will have difficulty entering. Anyone who has any wildlife questions or issues would be lucky to work with Joe!

But phoning for appt went very well - good info, pleasant folks, called yesterday and they were here today for yellow-jackets in chimney masonry. Everything was explained well, patient with my questions. Hopefully we'll be totally free of the little buggers in a few days.
