Well pump went out and called a few places. So glad West Coast was able to help day of. Technician (Alex I think) showed up and did a diagnostic. He quoted me for a pump change (lots of $$$$) which was a reasonable price and then decided to take one extra step to check for a faulty wire rather than assuming what we originally thought was the problem. It turned out he was right and it saved us thousands of dollars. He EASILY could have quickly fixed the assumed problem but took his time to diagnose twice. The issue was super tricky to spot and he nailed it. I gave him a nice tip and was super grateful for the expert help we got. We have an old house and I've used a few different companies over the years. I will recommend West Coast as my go too forever. They are just awesome!
