The technician was punctual, professional, and courteous. He covered his feet when in the house and respected my property. He explained the different scenarios that could be causing my issue and the cost of each. It turned out to be a lesser severity and therefore cost less. A great experience.
The plumber initially came by to see how repair a leaking shower faucet, along with some other plumbing repairs. The plumber inspected all the repairs. She was extremely knowable. She left to come up with some estimates. We decided to have a leaking shower faucet done. She ordered the parts. We received many updates from Mr Rooter Plumbing. When the plumber came back, she installed the new part. Though this was a minor repair. The plumber was always considerate of our house. My take away is the plumber truly enjoys her work. Great job. Kudos to Mr Rooter Plumbing of Tacoma.
Robert did a fantastic job. He arrived to assess a kitchen faucet leak very soon after I called Mr. Rooter for an appointment. He went over repair options and replacement options very thoroughly including pricing. The existing faucet was as old as the house, so I opted for a replacement. We really like it, even better than the previous faucet. Mr. Rooter has been my go-to for all plumbing matters since back in the late 90’s when I owned a different home. Always reliable, helpful, prompt and great at communicating. Thank you!!!
We are very pleased with your service today. Robert did a very impressive job and found two blocked pipes that have been giving us some trouble, but we had no idea why. As of now our storm drains are in working order. With a manageable amount of digging and pipe repairs we will be able to get our storm drains back in full working order. We will be contacting Mr. Rooter about making these pipe repairs. I also want to thank Ryan Sutherland for his knowledgeable input during his initial visit. Thank you, so much, for the great service.
On Sunday August 31st late in the evening, our hot water heater gave out. Tomorrow being Labor Day, I had no hope that I would be able to get it fixed. I had remembered seeing the Mr. Rooter trucks around and them saying 24hrs a day 7 days a week, so I made an on line request at 12:10 am. I was called back at 7:30am on the 1st and the lady that I spoke with was very nice and explained that she could have someone out to look at my situation with no obligation in the next two hours I said thank you very much and waited for a call from the technician. Within 30 to 45 minutes I received a call and he stated that he could be at my home within 30 minutes. He showed up on time and looked at my situation and explained that yes my hot water heater was pretty much a total loss. He gave me an estimate and said that he could have it put in within 3 to 4 hours. I said that would be great. He left to get the parts that he needed returned and within 2 to 3 hours my new gas 50 gallon commercial hot water heater was installed and he was on his way. I have never dealt with a more professional plumbing company and individual in my entire experience with plumbers. I will absolutely call Mr. router for any plumbing needs that I have in the future. They have gained a loyal customer with not only their courtesy but how quickly they took care of my problem and just how nice they were overall. Thank you so much to the gentleman who installed my hot water heater, and the lady that I spoke with on the phone who Scheduled my repair.
