Ryan with Water Doctor was great. He was knowledgeable, professional and cute...like a grandson!!. He gave options without being pushy. He answered all my questions. When I made my decision it was in surprisingly great timing. Very satisfied abd I will tell family and friends of Water Doctor!
My wife and I awoke to no water within our home during this recent winter storm. Spoke with the Water Doctor (Ryan), who walked me through some self check items over the phone in order to see if issue could be resolved. After going through these steps, we found out that we had split pipe near our Well Pump due to this cold weather. Ryan had a full schedule for the day but was able to squeeze us in the same day. Technician repaired our piping and checked system for leaks. We are very satisfied with this service…Great Job!
I have a well and this morning I had no water. Called Ryan at Water Doctor and he answered the phone right away. Explained my issue and took some pictures and Ryan walked me through the steps I need to take.Added a heat lamp and space heater and he was confident that it was just frozen.Sure enough in 30 minutes water was on again.Great people and that he took the time to help over the phone won't be forgotten. It's never fun having your water supply suddenly stop... But sometimes a well pump dies and you have to try to find someone quick. Water Doctor was out the next morning quickly, diagnosed the system issue, and had us up and running again in a short time. Very friendly and informative in the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the well issues!
I have used Water Doctor for expansion tank replacement, a water filtration system and for adding water outlets in my yard. I would tell you they were responsive my needs and to my neighbor who replace his well pump. I felt his pricing was fair no mater the urgency. Also I felt extremely comfortable with the expertise and communication. 100% would use him again and recommend him without reservation.
