We were definitely overdue to replace our water heater. It wasn’t failing yet, but it was so old that it couldn’t really be serviced anymore. Travis Crawford walked us through several replacement options, all of which came with at least a 6 year warranty, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The office team was incredibly easy to work with and communicated clearly before, during, and after the install. Ricardo was the lead plumber and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Even better, they handled the install in the middle of an ice storm without a single issue. They replaced our 15 year old unit with a brand new, higher efficiency water heater in right around two hours. I feel really good about both the price and the decision to work with Travis Crawford. At 16 years old, our old unit could have gone at any time. Pro tip: flush your water heaters, people! We’ll absolutely use Travis Crawford again.
