My experience with Robey Services was 5 Stars!! Extremely responsive, very fair pricing, flexible contracts and experienced and well trained Technicians!!! Their follow up and follow thru are excellent! I have Maintenance Contracts on all of my equipment (HVAC, Generator, Tankless Water System and water filtration system!!! ONE EXPERIENCED AND WELL TRAINED CONTACT/ SOUP TO NUTS!
Adam Stein came out to service the generator. He did a great job. This is such a great company to work with. Always on time. Great communication ahead of your appointment - texts, emails, and even a call to tell you they are on their way. On top of that they always service everything.
Pedro Bermudez was awesome. He contacted us that he was on his way before the appointment. Arrived on time and was both professional and knowledgeable. He was able to take care of our faucet replacement with ease. He made sure everything was in proper working condition before he left. Would definitely recommend.
Roby saved my generator installation! In April, a local electrical contractor did some work and I asked about installing a Generac whole house generator. They said they could do it, gave me an invoice to sign and proceeded to install. But, it never ran. They finally gave up and told me to contact a real Generac dealer (!!!). Unfortunately, I could not get any local Generac dealer to take an interest. Separately, I was signing up Roby Services to maintain a family cabin generator when I asked, the agent, Carissa, if they could help me out in Hillsborough (near Chapel Hill), even though it was out of their service area. Surprisingly, she said she would look into the matter and very soon after, Michael S. called and we worked out a plan to re-install my generator correctly. It was expensive as Roby had to mobilize two technicians from Charlotte (Dalin Perry and Luke Murphy) to come to my Hillsborough house and spend the night in a local hotel. They had to come back twice since so much of the underground wiring was improperly installed. They were friendly, kept me informed and were very neat. Throughout this, Carissa and Kimberly kept me informed and the bills paid and the work progressing. The unit runs now and I am looking forward to Michael to coming up after Christmas to set up the app and the sat link. Very, very pleased!
