The repair of the oven was done incredibly well. Bob and I believe His wife showed up to do the repair. They were friendly and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Walker Appliance to anyone in need of a repair or any other service they provide for appliances.
I am shocked by the good reviews. Extremely disappointed in this service. Though he was prompt in stopping by, he literally looked at my fridge for 5 minutes, told me it was broken and can't be fixed, and proceeded to charge me $65. Complete rip off and extremely rude to not be clear about a fee. I assumed the consultation would be free as most professionals that have visited during our remodel have given us that. I am still in shock that he would charge this much for a simple 5 minute inspection and I am very disappointed.
Walker Appliance & Refrigeration came out to my apartment today and fixed my dryer. They did it in a very professional manner and got it up and running no time. These guys know what they are doing! I would defiantly recommend giving them a call if you need an appliance fixed or maintained. Great service!
I do maintenance at one of the largest apartment complexes in Rexburg and Walker is the only appliance technician that we use. Walker is always quick to respond. Most appliances he does within 24hrs. Quality of work is exceptional. Price is impossible to beat. I can't do repairs myself for as inexpensive as they do them. I recommend them to anyone with appliance issues without any hesitation.
Within 10 minutes of arriving he knew what the problem was, with our dishwasher. He is highly experienced. He fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes and left us without a hassle. Like others have said, he charged us a flat $65. He was polite and had a get-the-job-done-right mentality. I will call him again if necessary for all my appliance repair needs.
