Spencer came out to run a diagnostic on my washing machine. He was friendly and very professional. He explained everything in detail that was wrong with the washing machine. My machine is old and unfortunately the repairs would be more than the machine is worth. I would definitely recommend Making Mends Appliance Repairs to all my friends and family.
Spencer, was great. He and his team found the problem with our ovens and found a part that was discontinued to resolve the issue saving us from buying new ovens. I would recommend him to anyone. We will be using him again.
These guys are super helpful. I had an issue with a brand new dishwasher that no one at Ace, Home Depot or the GE service team cared to try and understand. When I called in, Spencer, picked up the phone, listened to my issue, found 2 different solutions, didnt try to sell me anything and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Then after we ended the call he text me with some advice he thought I could use when I got a little farther into my install. It turned out to be a bit of information that was both helpful and useful. Not only did he help me with the issue I called in about but he continued to think about where I was at in my project after we had ended our conversation and cared to make sure that I didnt make a different common mistake. He took on my problems made them his problems and found solutions. Truly amazing service. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone that needs their services.
Came as scheduled, and was able to fix washer precisely as needed. Even when having to stop to order replacement parts they were still able to come in to install them the very next day.
