I had a great experience with this shop especially with Drew from start to finish. They were easy to work with, clearly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was needed without any pressure. Communication and follow-up were excellent, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, they truly showed up for me as a client and stood behind their work. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I would absolutely recommend them and will be back for future service.
They first helped me emergency with my caddy that was hemorrhaging oil. They got me in and fixed me up. I was from out of state. They continued to call me and check to see that all was working well. Customer service ia A++. They are honest and have high integrity. I have since brought my car back for additional work (from out of state) if that's not an endorsement, I dont know what is. I plan to bring them my other cars too. When I find a shop I can trust, I will travel a great distance to have them work on my vehicles. Are they the cheapest? My opinion is that they are very well priced and fair. As a General Contractor my motto is this (when it comes to that question) "There is always someone cheaper, I know because I get called to fix their crappy work all the time." Thanks guys! Mark
