This company is scamming people by selling faulty appliances and making up excuses on why they can't fix them. Please read the other reviews. I had a tech come out today to check on why my washer was not draining, and he found chunks of plastic in the pump and it will be another $370 to replace. Also, beware--there are people on FB marketplace selling on their behalf to avoid customers seeing the bad reviews on Google. Do not trust them.

If you want to waste your money this appliance store is for you. The quality of product refered to when purchasing is rebuilt from the ground up or best set we have. However you do get a 30 day warranty but it takes them 29 1/2 days to get someone that can get out to look at it or answer the phone. Excuses is all you get from this place or new management. Same management, Same bs, same everything. If your reading this and need appliances don't waste your time or money here.
