We bought what we thought was a nice set of washer/dryer. We specifically asked which were the best ones, operation wise. The washer will not rinse or drain towels or more than 3 pairs of jeans. The machine is super BIG, no reason it shouldn’t wash 5 towels. They were nice people to deal with but I’m really upset that I spent $500 and still can’t wash a full load of clothes. Having to manually change the setting to force a spin & rinse every time is super wasteful on water & energy. Not what I was hoping for with a set as nice as these were said to be.

I was in need of a washer and dryer and went to Jerry & Sons to get a washer and dryer. Got it home. The dryer did not work. The washer didn’t spin. I called them the next day they came out took it took it back to the shop worked on it. Dryer works fabulous now washer still did not work once again. They came out but this time they brought me a replacement washer and took that one back. The washer works perfect and Miss Gail that answers the phone. This company is scamming people by selling faulty appliances and making up excuses on why they can't fix them. Please read the other reviews. I had a tech come out today to check on why my washer was not draining, and he found chunks of plastic in the pump and it will be another $370 to replace. Also, beware--there are people on FB marketplace selling on their behalf to avoid customers seeing the bad reviews on Google. Do not trust them.

If you want to waste your money this appliance store is for you. The quality of product refered to when purchasing is rebuilt from the ground up or best set we have. However you do get a 30 day warranty but it takes them 29 1/2 days to get someone that can get out to look at it or answer the phone. Excuses is all you get from this place or new management. Same management, Same bs, same everything. If your reading this and need appliances don't waste your time or money here.
