I had the most amazing experience at Decatur Phones! Jay, repaired my phone quickly and perfectly, and he was so professional and kind throughout the whole process. he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. It’s rare to find someone who combines both skill and outstanding customer service, but Jay truly does. My phone looks and works like brand new again—thank you, I will definitely be recommending this store to everyone I know.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This guy definitely did not have good intentions. At the very least tried to rip me off. My iPhone 12 would not turn on nor take a charge. So I went by here to see if they could fix it. He told me it was a “software issue” that happens often with iPhones, said he could fix it for $150 and to leave the phone with him for an hour. I asked how he would fix it, and he told me “it’s my business I cannot tell you.” I did not feel comfortable with this and left. Ended up going to AT&T and apparently all my phone needed was a soft reset, which took 5 seconds and cost 0 dollars. Glad I listened to my gut! Who knows what he would have done to my phone. AVOID THIS SCAMMY PLACE!
