Kaleb did an awesome job painting our sunroom. He had to put two coats of Kilz over a very dark blue and it turned out great! Very satisfied with the results. Before and after pics below. He also installed some new light fixtures and repaired one in a bathroom. The 8 light fixture replaced a ceiling fan. I was very satisfied with all of those too. (The toile shades were mine on the smaller fixture.) He is now working on a fireplace rehab and I can't wait till it's done! UPDATE: Kaleb is now done with our fireplace rehab! I recommend Small Time Repairs LLC for your repair needs. They performed a fan installation for me and did a wonderful job. The installer appeared very well experienced with electrical work and had all the necessary tools to complete the job. I love that he discarded the old fan for me without me having to ask, and no trash was left in the work area. I will definitely use Small Time Repairs again for my home repair needs. I needed a multitude of small jobs done to include installing drapery rods, door hooks, shelves and toilet paper holders. He also fixed a closet door for me. Kaleb did an excellent job on each and every job!! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work!! I highly recommend him and I plan on using him for future projects!!

Small Time came out within 4 hours to bid and do my jobs! He was very prompt, polite and productive!!! He installed a shower door from Amazon for me and form fitted it to fit in a 50 year old home. Super pleased with the perfect result! He also did a few odd jobs while he was there, hung blinds, fixed a leaky lavatory drain and hung a peg board for my jewelry. Kaleb is great. He did an excellent job on replacing damaged siding and hanging awning. I can and will highly recommend him.
