We purchased a brand new TV roughly a year ago and out of nowhere, the TV stopped working. We contacted Samsung since it was still under warranty, and TVR Service responded immediately. Luckily, they were able to come out the next day. They were very professional, friendly and immediately fixed the problem. I would highly recommend their service to anyone if you are in need of an electronic repair.

We are extremely impressed with TVR Service! Excellent communication. They quickly reached out to us and consistently updated us on the parts delivery timeline. They were accommodating of our schedule, and the technicians were professional and efficient in resolving and repairing our TV issue. Highly recommend them! We will definitely be repeat customers.
