James at Vintage Tub provided exceptional customer service when I had a shipping issue that was completely outside of their control. Even though the problem wasn’t caused by Vintage Tub, James immediately stepped in to help and made sure the situation was handled the right way. He was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely listened to my concerns. Instead of brushing it off as a shipping carrier problem, he took ownership of helping resolve it and kept me informed throughout the process. That level of care and accountability is rare these days. James truly went above and beyond to make things right, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. Every time I call to place an order, or in this case - to resolve a shipping issue on an order, they are right there to take care of things for me. Amy helped me with both placing the order, and took my call when I called about the shipping mishap. She directed me to Jessica S. so I could send photos for review, and Jessica S. quickly got the replacement sink on order for me.
