I just wanted to say I am so thrilled that our service man Jordan was very patient and family oriented. He was very knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and kind. Made myself and son feel comfortable while installing our service. These are the employees that keep clients like myself invested in the company. Great job Jordan!!!
Bob was here today to diagnose our cable problem where many channels did not come in. He was extremely polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and we are now happily watching our favorite channels, which had not come in before. He had to run two new lines as the squirrels had destroyed them. We were so happy with the service he gave us Thank you
Our internet service was glitching, so we called in for assistance. We were told a tech would be coming out next day. Bob arrived as scheduled and fixed all of our issues. He changed out our service box and ran new wires. He was actually extremely fast at getting these jobs completed. I need the internet service for telework and was afraid I’d have to take time off of work while it was being fixed. Bob did such a great job that I had no real lapse in work. He was also very polite and professional. I’m very appreciative. Thanks again Bob!
We have been an SCTV Cable Internet customer for about 3-4 years and have nothing but good things to say about its performance, reliability, speed, equipment, and customer service. The setup was easy and we got the equipment we needed with no problems. (We decided to rent the modem router, not purchase our own. The cost is very reasonable.) Like most people, we have a half dozen devices connected to our home network at all times. We have had only a handful of outages in those years, and every one of them was very brief. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other companies. I just spoke with their Billing department to make a change to our account. I got a real human being very quickly. She verified my account and made the change while we were talking, and was very professional and helpful.
