Great experience. I drove up with an exhaust leak and left 60 minutes later all fixed up. They showed me the defective part before I authorized the work and showed me the completed work before I paid. Everyone was respectful and professional. I will return to Victor Auto Service when my car needs serviced.

Went there to get a vibrant put on they told me I needed 2 so I ordered another. Turns out I only needed 1 vibrant. Also they were charging me 550 dollars to put them on and also for 2 tips which is insane. I have a friend that went to another place to straight pipe from his second set of cats to the back for 250 dollars.

One of the best mechanic shops in Charlotte, I highly recommend this place for any type of work you need in your vehicle, from a regular tire repair and oil change, to a more complex and delicate work in your car, this shop will go above and beyond if needed to get the work done. I recently got my new car and yad problems with my moonroof and was able to find this excellent mechanic shop, with a fair price on the diagnostic they were able to pin point the issue and get it fix. I also want to point out that they close at 8 pm, and I came 16 min before closing time, but they had no problems with that, they are about the business and very professional. They also provide you with a well constructed recipe and again, customer is great. I recommend this place for anyone that has minor and major repair need.
