When I bought my condo in Uptown Charlotte, I didn't know anything about the heating/cooling unit. Bobby H. came to service it for the first time. Bobby was professional, efficient, and provided me with information about the system and its condition. I will ask for Bobby again when it's time for more support.
Michael S. came to our house from R&W to do the winter maintenance on our gaspak and install a new humidifier filter. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and everything works great!
I had another hvac come by said my blower wasn’t working but to fix it would need to rip out the top of the door frame and wall. They were going to talk to their boss and call me…never heard back. Another guy just didn’t show up today and didn’t know anybody that could. This is Friday and it is supposed to get really cold by Monday. Called Ross and Whitmer and they had my new hero Michael come out. It’s in a really hard place to get to but Michael came thru. I now have heat and am very happy. In the future they will be the only people I will call!!

Ross & Witmer did an amazing job on the installation of my mini-split. Now I can workout in my garage all year long in comfort. Jonathan, Caleb and Jeff worked efficiently on a hot summer day getting the project done quickly. They are truly professionals who pay attention to the details, ensuring minimum space impact inside and a clean look from outside. Jonathan took the time to walk me around to see it all and ensure I knew how the remote worked. I highly recommend!
