Bryce was fantastic to work with. He was extremely friendly, very thrilled, may the entire inspection process feel comfortable and easy to understand. As first time, homeowner is going through our first HVAC inspection, we greatly appreciate how you took the time to walk us through everything and explain things and more detail. Devon, Chris, Brett, Drew, Carson and Julio arrived Tuesday to install new furnaces and n new air conditioning. They gave me superior service, professional attitudes, and answered all of my questions. Upon completion the work area inside and outside my house was cleaned better than I do. Excellent service. We have used Bradham Comfort Services for years. They do all of our maintenance and repairs. We have them come out twice a year to inspect our units. We have never felt like they were trying to charge us for things we didn’t need. They always show up quickly if we have a problem and everyone is super nice, helpful and thorough. Recently, we decided to replace our 20 year old system and they brought the same great service again. They came out today to install the new system and they did a great job. It was done start to finish in about 7 hours. After the install, Devon and the other guys made sure that we knew how the thermostat worked and helped set up the app before they left. They also answered any questions we had. I can’t recommend them enough for maintenance, repair and installation. Bonus-they left no mess!! We will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs!
Excellent service from a hardworking team of great guys. Our old unit bit the dust after 16 years & it was hot hot hot! These guys had us up & running with an all new system within 24hrs and with friendly service despite how miserably humid the working conditions were this week. We have been on a yearly maintenance plan for 10+ years with Bradham Brothers & always receive exceptional & trustworthy service without the extra pushy sales approach you hear about with other companies.
