We needed help understanding the programming of our new thermostat. Trevin was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us understand the programming. He walked us through the steps on the thermostat and the phone app. The day after Trevin Watson helped us with programming our unit stopped cooling. We called Horne and they had Matt Myers come on Sunday to check our unit. It turns out the circuit board was bad. He was very nice and explained everything that was going on and our next steps. We appreciate his comprehensive explanation and professionalism.
