The entire team at Figs goes above and beyond to be friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. As a younger girl auto shops can feel intimidating but I've always felt comfortable and confident that I was getting an honest deal. I recommend everyone to Figs and have only heard of similar positive experiences!

Eating dinner one night saw this mechanic shop across the street. I was having problems with my car. I called them the next day. They made an appointment got me in fix the major problem. Call me several days off of my car was fixed just to check up on me. These guys are amazing. We’ll do business with them in the future.

I will ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS come to this auto shop if I can help it, and here's why: First, they are the most honest repair shop I've ever been to. They are not commission based, and their prices are what they are, so they have no reason to sell you a dream. Johnny is very big on educating you, from the jump, and will tell you where they can and cannot help you. I had an issue that other shops didn’t know how to fix and turned me away. Johnny and the team at Figs took on the challenge and was able to fix the problem. Never buying a Chevy again, but now I know whatever vehicle I have, I know where I am taking it to. Good team, good price, good work.

Johnny and team worked miracles on our son’s car. He was upfront with the extensive work that needed to be done and delivered the car on time for Thanksgiving!
