Suez water since it changed from United water are very unprofessional. They recently had ecoli in water for weeks and offered no water or rebates. As I purchased water at walmart a gentleman and mother & child commented on the awful customer service how rude they are and how little time less than a month to pay the bill in full. Also they appear not to be taking actual readings as many appliances here have been up grated to energy efficient and there is no reflection in bill for only one person residing. The supervisor got into her own personal problems and actually asked “did I want her to pay the bill “ and my blue tooth was on & my whole family in the car could not believe how unprofessional her statements were. They are a small operation with rude customer service & have a monopoly on all the water for Narragansett & South Kingstown.If I could Switch companies I would as they are providing us with tainted water and myself and animals were sick from it. How long before they notified the public. They need to clean house get water exsperts that know how to assess water safety, check meters & treat customers with respect. We are all forced to use them and I cannot tell you how many friends, neighbors & family have called to complain with no results. Many households are watching them carefully and we will follow up if things do not change with NJ headquarters, our local representatives and the state house. Enough is enough. They are the worst company in our town by far according to an entire community of folks who frankly have had enough.
