We were looking for a RELIABLE and AFFORDABLE heating and plumbing company to install baseboard heating in our lower level since there was none. We called Evergreen who responded right away. We were able to get a next day appointment for an eval. The gentleman that came to do the evaluation was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I forgot his name (sorry). Johnny (on the spot) and Luis did the installation. They were great! Again, very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. They paid attention to the minor details as far aesthetics (you'll see in one of the pics I posted of how he cut around the internet thing in the wall). Looked really good in our entertainment room. The owner came to inspect and told us that if the board in my office didn't heat efficiently, they'd come back and install a higher efficiency one for NO additional cost, which they did. Just for context, my office made it possible to only put in 1 baseboard and the owner questioned if that would provide efficient heat. Also, the owner gave us a whole lesson on our whole heating system, including what each of the knobs were as well as how to maintain our boiler and water heater to get longer years of use. Much appreciated! Thank you! We got a 2nd zone installed since it was more sensible for us. Overall, very good experience from a very good company from beginning to end! Thanks again!

I recently purchased a rental property with two separate homes. One required a major tune up and overhaul of the heating system. The second unit needed a mini-split replaced. Evergreen Services was able to to take care of both, and I could not have been more pleased with the technicians they sent out. Nelson handled the massive heating repair in one house. He was awesome, and went above and beyond to help me. Johnny and Everett came to replace the mini split in the second unit and were also great. They worked diligently and with a friendly demeanor, even though the day of the install turned out to be 12 degrees! I really appreciated all three of the technicians!

Recently switched out old central air conditioning with new energy efficient A/C at my home. The service technicians worked diligently, for hours, until they were able to provide the best service. My home had old wires which were not comparable with newer equipment, but they did not give up until it was up and running. The technicians kept me abreast of the situation and well informed throughout the process, which I appreciated. They were also very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Evergreen to family and friends!!
