Bill is the best! My son got measured for a tuxedo for prom at another alterations place nearby and the tuxedo did not fit! In a panic, we went to see Bill at the last minute and he completely hooked my son up with a tuxedo order on Friday and it arrived on Monday (day before prom) just as promised, and everything fit perfectly. He even gave us a $40 off coupon. He could not have been more friendly or reassuring. He's clearly an expert in what he does.
