Thank you so much for your sending a great team to fix the foundation cracks/water leak in our basement. Raul arrived on the second day to complete the task. He explained the final steps and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Value Dry to my friends and family!
Long time happy customers. Sump pump locked unexpectedly (system was 14 years old) so we called and Value Dry was able to quickly send Raul out to replace the pump and do our annual maintenance. Raul was awesome and we now have a working system once again! Highly recommend.

Our ValueDry installation was a few years ago and they still return each year to inspect and ensure a quality product. This year our technician was Raul, who arrived precisely on time (military habit he said), and walked us through each point of his inspection. He also pointed out that water from the recent snowmelt was nearing our external air vent and would need an extension to our downspout. His manner was polite and professional and he represented ValueDry extremely well. Great company… great experience.
Our floor is sagging and we contacted them. They set us up with finance and went ahead with the job. Mar and Adan and his team were professional and polite. They did the job in two days. Their supervisor also came and worked with them on the first hour of the last day and they all get along well which in my book is great! Our floor is not sagging now and my sister's plants are not dancing when we're walking 😂
